OVERVIEW

Responding to the storms of life with umbrellas of compassion, hope, and support.
Our organization is dedicated to assisting underserved communities and Michigander residents such as our returning citizens, those in transition from life self mismanagement and those seeking peer support and community assistance including our unserved population of Metro Detroit residents who have been involved in car crashes and personal injuries situations and require supportive housing, reliable transportation, personalized care, and opioid prevention education or other wrap-around resources services including emergency food assistance . With a combination of lived experience, adequate training, and professional community support, we aim to provide a unified approach to health and wellness that will help individuals in need. soulforward.company.site

Discovering the Unseen: Understanding the Needs of an Underserved Community,
Car accidents and personal injury traumas don't just cause physical and emotional trauma but also take a significant toll on the US economy. Shockingly, the country spends $242 billion yearly to deal with their aftermath. However, the recent implementation of payment limitations has made it harder for many injury victims to pay their medical bills and related costs. Sadly, people involved in motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) are not just limited to financial losses but also have to deal with transportation difficulties, lack of resources for opioid education, harm reduction practices, addiction, and mental health issues. To make matters worse, there's no referral system or organization for wrap-around services in the metro Detroit area or around America that's been specifically designed to assist personal injury survivors with navigating these untimely challenges.

COMMUNITY NETWORK

We are building a strong network of community partnerships that empower and unite us all. Our fundraising and sponsorship event is aimed at completing the renovation and city registry for all properties before our pre-plan highly anticipated Festival Drift 2-week event in 2024 during the NBA Draft. With our unwavering confidence in our mission, we are determined to make this event a huge success!
Steve Reifman and his law firm, Reifman Law Firm, are proud supporters of the M. V. A. Cap Services. They provide comprehensive legal representation and consultation advisement to M. V. A. clients and their families. Additionally, they offer referrals for immediate support on housing and social services to those in need. Quality First Homes Of Detroit LLC has also pledged its support to the initiative. They have committed to pre-completed spaces in need of renovation and a license registry. These spaces are located at 3591 Springle Detroit, MI (Main Office Facility) and 4427 Baldwin Detroit, MI (Off-Site Facility). Reverend Robert Olive, the President of Detroit's Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) and owner of Concierge Luxury Transportation, Executive Protection, and Travel, has also joined the cause. He has pledged to work with Soul Forward to negotiate contractual transportation services for all M. V. A. Cap participants to all scheduled medical and community appointments. Moving Detroit Forward has agreed to collaborate with Soul Forward for a future Recovery Support Services partnership. As an active supervisor of D. W. H. I. N, they will oversee our Recovery Support Services/Opioid (Misuse-Abuse-Overdose) Prevention Program.

Our community MVA assistance project aims to address and alleviate some of the challenges faced by Personal Injury Professionals and Car Insurance companies. By introducing Medicaid insurance options for billing, we can provide insurance companies with a seamless process for reimbursing provider services, home health care, intensive care services, non-emergency medical transportation, and case management. Through our V.I.P (Voucher Incentive Pool) program, we offer clients access to financial vouchers for emergency personal needs and community stability. This initiative aims to support individuals in addressing immediate challenges, allowing Lawyers and Medical Professionals to focus on providing the best legal and medical care to their clients without being burdened by their personal and social difficulties. Our approach ensures there is no conflict of interest with Insurance companies, Personal Lawyers, or Medical Professionals. Instead, our shared focus through the MVA Cap Project is on philanthropy, sponsorship, and marketing visibility opportunities that benefit the community at large. By fostering collaboration and mutual support, we create a network of care that prioritizes the well-being and recovery of individuals affected by auto accidents and opioid addiction.

By incorporating compassion into our corporate culture, we not only showcase our credentials but also cultivate a positive and supportive environment,
Our team is responding to the needs and concerns of automobile accident survivors. Many motor vehicle accident victims experience severe injuries, untimely income loss, and emotional distress. Personal Injury Professionals have many patients who are experiencing severe medical issues and other ongoing issues that need to be solved. These unique challenges can range from community housing referral assistance, reliable transportation, social services peer support, opioid and addiction prevention education programs, and other resources not provided by Health Care Professionals. Lawyers, Doctors, and Nurses offer professional services. However, humanitarianism and community partnerships are developed, which allows corporate executives to help people within and around their communities. The Personal Injury Victims are unserved; there’s a lack of emergency and direct social services and community resources available for those who are injured and face unpredictable circumstances. We seek to collaborate with Personal Injury Professionals, city and state governments, and nongovernmental agencies to provide the necessary assistance to a community of individuals who have been displaced for far too long.
